• Be a Malaysian citizen or a legitimate permanent resident of Malaysia at the time of registration.
• Having an active Malaysian phone number capable of receiving OTPs for verification.
• Having a valid and active email address for account communications.
• Never having been banned or blacklisted from the rm1k platform previously for any reason.
• Not currently declared bankrupt under Malaysian law.
• Register using your own details only — registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.

3 Account Registration & Security

When registering at rm1k, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as per your MyKad or passport, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and a strong password.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your rm1k account password and login details confidential.
• Notify rm1k immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensure that all information in your account is accurate and kept up to date at all times.
• Not sharing your rm1k account with any other party, including family members.
• Do not use another person's account, even with their permission.

Rm1k reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly during the processing of a first withdrawal or when suspicious account activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad or passport, proof of address, and a statement from the payment method used.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Rm1k supports the following local Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Multiple accounts – Registering more than one account per individual, whether under your own name, another person's name, or a false identity.
• Bonus abuse – Exploiting loopholes in the bonus system, using betting strategies to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or colluding with other members to manipulate bonus offers.
• Collusion – Colluding with other players or dealers to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

8 Account Termination & Suspension

Rm1k reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of the rm1k Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Engaging in any fraudulent or prohibited activity as outlined in Section 7.
• Upon request by the relevant authorities.
• If the account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months (dormant account).

Members may also close their rm1k account at any time by contacting the rm1k support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any eligible credit balance (excluding bonus credits that have not yet met the wagering requirements) will be returned via the same payment method used for the last deposit.

For accounts that have been inactive for 24 months, rm1k reserves the right to impose a monthly maintenance fee of RM10 or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower) each month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Losses arising from technical failures beyond rm1k's reasonable control, including Internet service provider outages or issues with the user's own device.
• Any unauthorised access to a member's account arising from the member's own failure to keep their password confidential.
• The accuracy of information provided by third parties in the context of gameplay or payments.

In all circumstances, rm1k's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10 Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Rm1k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. For material changes, rm1k will endeavour to notify members via their registered email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For non-material changes, amendments take effect immediately upon publication.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that provision shall be void, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
